How can i request my phone's unlock code?

How can i request my phone's unlock code? (any Brand/Model are supported)

Its very easy just follow few simple steps.

1.Identify the brand and model of the phone. ex. Brand:Samsung Model:F480

2.Identify also the network provider of the phone and from what country it came from.
ex. Network Provider: T-Mobile
Country: USA (simply ask your customer)

4. If you agree to the conditions just post your phone's information.
